Refund and Return Policy
US Fitness Elite
Professional recognition is administered independently by the National Excellence Advisory Benchmark (NEAB) and is separate from award purchases.
Recognition status is not affected by whether an award is ordered.
1. Award Purchases
Custom Production: Each award is individually produced and personalized to order. Once production has begun, all sales are final.
Pre-Production Cancellations: Orders may be canceled with a full refund if cancellation occurs before personalization or production has started.
Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no cost.
2. Replacement Process
To request a replacement for a damaged award, notify us through our contact page within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Approved replacements will be reproduced and shipped promptly at no additional charge.
3. Refund Requests
For eligible pre-production cancellations or approved refunds, contact us through our contact page with your order details.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Shipping Issues
Prestige Award Group LLC is not responsible for carrier delays once an item has shipped.
However, our team will assist in tracking and resolving any delivery problems with the carrier.
